William Victor Troutman was born on June 12,1956 to Edward and Eva Troutman.
He was a very blonde headed, happy go lucky little boy with bright blue eyes. If you were looking for fun he was all about it. His outgoing personality ensured he always had plenty of friends.
Our family did a lot of camping and Bill developed a love of the outdoors and fishing that he never let go.
Bill was a hard worker and even in younger years found ways to earn income whether it was mowing yards or with a paper route. In his teen years he was a cook at a local restaurant. He had a passion for fixing and rebuilding things especially vehicles with most recently working to restore a vintage Chevy Monte Carlo. He wore a lot of hats in his working years whether it was building windows (where he met his first wife) or being the facilities manager for a hotel or a Forman at a box factory.
It was during his first marriage that his one and only daughter, Sonja was born., a beautiful blonde with bright blue eyes. A short time later that marriage ended and Bill remained single for a number of years until he met Soozie and they married and stayed married until her death in 2010. Her death hit Bill hard and he remained single the rest of his life.
Ever the prankster he also had a goofy sense of humor. He kept us laughing with some of his shenanigans. Sometimes grossing us out but that was Bill.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife Soozie, by his parents Edward and Eva Troutman and his sister Ann Diamond.
He is survived by his daughter Sonja Troutman and grandchildren Stephen, Shelton and Liberty. He is also survived by siblings Debra (Don) Swartz, Doug (Kathy) Troutman, Colleen Berg and James Troutman, as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family
