William was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Nancy M. Newingham; parents William H. Sr. and Margaret Newingham.
He is survived by his children Nancy (Jack) Wiese, Bill (Linda) Newingham, Vicki (Dave) Walsh; grandsons Trevor and Alex Walsh; 2 brothers and 1 sister; numerous nieces and nephews.
