age 86 years, of Bellevue, Nebraska Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa to parents Carl and Anna Jensen. Preceded in death by her husband Frank J. Kounovsky and her parents Carl and Anna Jensen Survived by sons Michael and Steven; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation Monday, October 31st, 6:00 p.m.8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Service Tuesday, November 1st, 10:00 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery - Council Bluffs, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to the Josie Harper Hospice House.
