Pavlik, Jr. Survived by daughter Karen Pavlik; sons Mark (Angel) , Dan (Iona), and Jim (Shelli); grandchildren Andrew, Grace, Danny, David, Ava, Grant, Blake, and Barrett Pavlik; brother Frank (Mary Kay) Bizal; sister-in-law Julie Bizal. Visitation Tuesday, December 22nd, after 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Wednesday, December 23rd, 10:20 a.m. Bethany Chapel to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Memorials requested to Sts. Peter and Paul Church or the Marianist Missions.
