Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband Gene E. Holoubek; parents Charles and Ada Fales; brother Bud Fales.
She is survived by her children Dawn (Steven) Dennis and Gene Holoubek; grandchildren Joshua (Veronica) Holoubek, Austin (Amanda) Courcier, and Giovannie Antonino Mangiameli; great grandchildren Gabriel Holoubek, Jaxson Holoubek, Ava Courcier, and Vienne Courcier; and many more family and friends.
