Rick is preceded in death by his mother Veronica Johnson, father Walter Johnson, and brother Jim Johnson.Survived by his wife of 29 years Jaye; sons Brian and Derek - both of LaVista; daughter Melissa; granddaughter Rylee; brothers Walt (Marsha) - Olathe, KS and Edward (Trish) - Memphis, TN; nephews Patrick and Ben.Visitation begins Wednesday, June 3rd, after 6:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Mass Thursday, June 4th, 10:00 a.m. at St. Gerald Catholic Church (96th and Q Streets). Interment Calvary Cemetery. Memorials requested to the Boys Scouts of America - Mid American Council (12401 W. Maple Road, Omaha, NE 68164).
