Paul was preceded in death by his parents Clinton Newell and Rosemary Scerra.
He is survived by his brother Louis; multiple friends and acquaintances he met over his life time.
Following the Celebration of Life Service the Newell family would like invite those in attendance to a time of communion and shared remembrance together.
