Survived by son Dennis (Nancy) Butterfield of Omaha; daughter Karen (Fred) Donze of Tempe, AZ; grandchildren Jason (Janee) Butterfield of Herndon, VA, Daniel Donze of Tempe, AZ, and Susan (Von) Campbell of Colorado Springs, CO; sister Helen Kotrous of Newman Grove, NE; great-grandchildren Jaime and Joslyn Butterfield and Kyle and Conner Bergmeier. Visitation Friday, April 28, 2017, 5:007:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Service Saturday, April 29, 2017, 10:00 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
