Nicolas Lopez Gomez

Nicolas Lopez Gomez was born on September 10, 1933, in Ayutla, Jalisco, Mexico, to Rufino Lopez and Estefana Gomez. He proudly served in the Mexican Military and was known throughout his life as a dedicated and hardworking man.

From a young age, Nicolas worked in the campo, developing a strong work ethic that stayed with him throughout his life. He later retired from Greater Omaha Packing Plant after many years of service. No matter where he worked, Nicolas took pride in providing for his family through honest and tireless labor.

Above all else, Nicolas cherished time spent with his family. He especially enjoyed gardening and being surrounded by those he loved.

Nicolas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Guadalupe Lopez, and his son, Santos Lopez.

He is survived by his son, Juandiego (Jen) Martinez; daughters, Lusero Martinez, Estefana Lopez, and Chula (Vicente) Ruiz; along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Nicolás López Gómez

Nicolás López Gómez nació el 10 de septiembre de 1933 en Ayutla, Jalisco, México, hijo de Rufino López y Estefana Gómez. Sirvió con orgullo en el Ejército Mexicano y a lo largo de su vida fue reconocido como un hombre trabajador y dedicado.

Desde muy joven trabajó en el campo, donde forjó una fuerte ética de trabajo que lo acompañó toda su vida. Más adelante se jubiló de Greater Omaha Packing Plant después de muchos años de servicio. Nicolás siempre se sintió orgulloso de trabajar arduamente para proveer a su familia.

Sobre todo, Nicolás disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia. Le gustaba mucho la jardinería y estar rodeado de sus seres queridos.

Nicolás fue precedido en la muerte por su amada esposa, Guadalupe López, y su hijo, Santos López.

Le sobreviven su hijo, Juandiego (Jen) Martinez; sus hijas, Lusero Martinez, Estefana López y Chula (Vicente) Ruiz; además de nietos, bisnietos, y numerosos sobrinos, familiares y amigos que lo recordarán con cariño.
