Preceded in death by husband William H.,parents Charles and Vlasta "Sammy" Hlavka.Survived by sons and daughters-in law Terry and Ann of Omaha, NE, Tony and Donna of Kingston Springs, TN; granddaughter Taryn (Mark) Merwald of Millard, NE; grandsons Alex (Tara) Smith of Hampton, VA and Alex Smith of Kingston Springs, TN; great grandchildren Berkley, Riley, Meila; many nieces and nephews Visitation with family Saturday, June 21st, after 9:00 a.m. with Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m. at Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials requested to the American Cancer Society.
