Preceded in death by husband, John Balkovic Sr.; survived by children, Lori (Chad) Kojdecki, John Jr (Janet) Balkovic, Kathy (Don) Matyja, Margaret, Frank, Ginger, Sam, Barb (Dave) Latner; sister, Debbie (Pearl) VanZandt; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday, September 16 from 5-7 pm @ Bethany Funeral Home, 8201 Harrison St, La Vista, NE Funeral Service: Thursday, September 17 at 11 am, also at Bethany Funeral Home. Inurnment: Monday, September 21 at 11 am at Omaha National Cemetery
