Lorraine Means

A longtime resident of LaVista died after a brief illness at Methodist Hospital on the morning of December 26th. Survived by sister Kathryn M. Durnil - Notre Dame, IN nieces Barbara L. Szumski - South Bend, IN Kay D. Woefel - Mt. Pleasant, SC her devoted dog Hawk. She was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy in Indianapolis, the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati and received her nursing degree from Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. She retired after a long career as a nursing instructor at Creighton University. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Memorials requested to St. Columbkille Catholic Church.
