Lindsay was preceded in death by her grandparents Rodney Caster and Mary Krcmar.
She is survived by her husband John Vailliant; children Elliana and Connor; parents Mike (Kary) Gerard; grandparents Michael Krcmar and Joanne Gerard; many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
A daughter, mother, wife, nurse, and a dear friend. Lindsay was all of those things and so much more; her short time on Earth was full of a lifetime of love, friendship, and unforgettable experiences.
Her presence was felt by everyone who knew her, and by those whom she dedicated her time to care for, even if they didn’t catch her name. She loved hard and was a force to be reckoned with. Most of all, Lindsay was a fighter; never backing down from a challenge or letting injustice prevail. A protector, who fiercely guarded the most important people in her life, and a loyal friend who always sought the best for you.
Lindsay achieved more in her 38 years than some do in their entire lives. She would tell you her kids were her greatest accomplishment. Being their mother was the eminent source of joy in her life; proudly confessing her adoration for them any chance she received.
Lindsay leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire every soul fortunate enough to be blessed by her love, friendship, and influence.
