Linda Lee Hull (Chambers), age 84, passed away peacefully in Omaha on February 21, 2026. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Linda was born on September 12, 1941, in Lynch to Guy Chambers and Doris Sharp. She grew up with small-town values that would shape the rest of her life — faith in family, pride in hard work, and love expressed through everyday acts of care.
Known lovingly as “GG,” Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She embodied the strength and resilience of a true farm wife — steady, dependable, and never afraid of hard work. Whether helping on the farm, tending to her yard, or working at the bowling alley, she carried herself with grit, grace, and just the right amount of sass.
Her kitchen was the heart of her home, often filled with the comforting aroma of meat and potatoes, complete with her famous “big gravy.” Simple meals made with hardworking hands somehow always tasted better when she made them. She had a way of making everyone feel cared for — from full plates at the table to gentle back tickles that lulled her grandchildren to sleep.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernie Lee Hull; her two sisters, Judy Gartman and Jesse Nielsen; and her sister-in-law, Violet Novacek.
She is survived by her daughter, Doris Ann Henning; her grandchildren, Nick (Theresa) Henning, Craig Henning, and Jennifer Pessini (Andre); and eight great-grandchildren who will carry forward her legacy of strength and love.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Private Family Service to take place at a later date.
