Leonard J. Skala
Leonard "Len" Skala a La Vista resident, passed away February 26, 2024. He was born at Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, North Carolina to Mary Skala and graduated from St. Anne's High School - Lexington, NE. He married Linda Lathrop on January 25, 1969. Len served in the U.S. Navy and was proud to be a Seabee. Among Len's interest were restoring Mustang cars. He enjoyed many years of employment with Vicker's Hydraulic and retiring from the City of Papillion. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda, and their children, Donna (Brian) Sich, Matthew (Kelly) Skala. Grandchildren Johnathan, Nick Kaidan, Charlie and Eleanor, and many other family members and friends He was preceded in death by Mary Skala.
