Leo was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Julia Mazur; brothers John, Ted, Stanley, Andrew, Joe, and Julius and sister Rose.
He is survived by his loving wife Betty Mazur; brother Frank and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
