Blum; and her puppy Snoopy.Survived by parents Aaron Lee Summerfield and Matelin Rebecca Mulholland; brother Jasiah; sister Taytum; grandparents Jerry and Jennie Perales, Brad and Dawn Summerfield, Mitch and Carol Care Bear Mulholland; great grandparents Rebecca Gigi Duewerth, Gary Boro, Margie Mulholland, Guy and Ann Summerfield, Cris and Carmelita Perales; best friend Karsen Wallman; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and Team Kinsley. Visitation Monday, January 9th, 2:008:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Tuesday, January 10th, 10:15 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel to St. Bernadette Catholic Church (7600 S. 42nd St) for 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. John Cemetery.
