Juanita was preceded in death by her loving husband Bernard Waszak; parents Philip and Helen Grzywa; grandchildren David Stout and Sarah Waszak; siblings Dolores Lessing and Philip Griswa.
She is survived by her children Bernie (Louise) Waszak, Joe (Carol) Waszak, Bill (Mary) Waszak, Steve (Kate Pokorny) Waszak and Diane (Duanne) Stout; grandchildren Joe Jr., Jim, Dan, Meagan, Jason, Kristin, Melissa, Nick, Stacey, Matt, Alyssa and Kaitlyn; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister Kathy (Bill) Wemhoff; sister in-law Westelle Griswa and Mary Ann Shotkoski; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
