Josephine was preceded in death by her loving husband Edward Polifka; parents Julius and Francis Divin; sisters Pauline (Art) Kavan, and sister Bessie; brothers Steve (Vlasta) Divin, Jerry (Esta) Divin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her son Jim (Marlene) Polifka; grandsons Scott and Adam Polifka; great granddaughter Sophie Polifka; and many more family and friends.
