age 94 years, formerly of Omaha, Nebraska. Preceded in death by wife Mary A. Survived by children Joseph J. Siedlik, Sandy (Rich) Hayek, Bruce (Janet) Siedlik; grandchildren Amy (Jack) Harding, Kristy (Chad) Caples, and Joe (Helen) Siedlik, Robie (Urszula) and Bobbie (Sarah) Hayek; great grandchildren Allison and Dylan Caples, Holland and Houston Siedlik, Kathrin Harding, Isabel and Margaret Hayek. Visitation Thursday, July 14th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Friday, July 15th, 9:15 a.m. Bethany Chapel to Assumption Catholic Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. John Cemetery. Memorials requested to Assumption Church or the Alzheimers Association.
