Jerome was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Janousek; son Dennis Janousek; brother Ralph Janousek; sister Toni Thomas; sister-in-law Delores Janousek; brother-in-law Moe Lamplot
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Kathleen A. Janousek; son David Janousek; grandchildren Drew (Cassi) Janousek, Shane Janousek, Lyndsey Janousek, and Michael (Aubrey) Janousek; great grandchildren Levi, Nash, Milo, and Jack; brother Charles Janousek; sister Bernie Lamplot; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorials may be directed to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for Masses in honor of Jerome S. Janousek.
