Howard was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Sadie Clark; his first wife Janet Jo (Loftis) Clark.
He is survived by his loving wife Nancy C. Clark; children David (Cheryl) Clark, Joy Clark; step children Steve, Lyn, Scott, and Staci Prusia; 22 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; brother Bob (Cheri) Clark; and many more family and friends.
