Francis "Frank" John Kudlacz

Francis "Frank" J. Kudlacz passed away peacefully at the age of 80 on June 10, 2017 in Omaha. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Sophie Kudlacz.
Frank is survived by his sister Theresa Wehr; nephews Walter (Carolyn) Wehr and Glen (Ann) Wehr; nieces Stacy (Don) Rozmarin, Nicki (Ken) Smith, and Valerie (Jack) Griffey; many great and grand nieces and nephews.
