Frank passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018. He was born to Anton and Catherine Pacholski. He was preceded in death by both parents, sister Kathleen, and nephew Phillip Bartak. He is survived by sisters MaryAnn (Tony) Sparks and Agnes (Steve) Bartak, several nephews, nieces, and cousins, also special friends Ernie and MaryAnn Tillotson.
