age 88 years, of Omaha, Nebraska. Preceded in death by husband Leo; parents Mary and Joseph Vlcek; son-in-law John Slachetka;5 sisters and 1 brother. Survived by daughter Theresa Slachetka; daughter and son-in-law Patricia and David Dwornicki; sons and daughters-in-law David and Carla, Joseph and Cindy; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister Rosalee (Edward) Ziemba; brothers Delmar Vlcek and Dennis (Linda) Vlcek; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, December 13th, after 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Friday, December 14th, 9:20 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel to St. Mary Catholic Church (36th and Q Streets) for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. John Cemetery. Memorials requested to St. Mary Church or Sokol South Omaha.
