age 94 years, of Omaha, Nebraska. Preceded in death by wife Evelyn; daughters Joan Rydberg and Barb Wehrbein; grandson Ronnie Rydberg; parents; sister Sylvia McLaughlin; brothers Bob and George Machacek. Survived by children Maureen (Harley) Goings, Bill (Patti) Dyer, Ted Dyer, Diane (Ron) Plummer, Beth (Emery) Whited; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, January 14th, after 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Friday, January 15th, 9:20 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel to Holy Ghost Catholic Church (52nd and Q Streets) for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. John Cemetery. Military honors by American Legion Post 331 Honor Guard.
