David was preceded in death by his parents M.C. and Daisy Brunt and his brother Marvin Haines.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Kathleen Brunt; children Kevin (Kathy) Brunt, Kim (Marian) Brunt, Kris (Mike) Warrick, Karla Brunt, Krissy (Jeff) Fletcher, Brian (Evelyn) Kaut, Leann (Bryan) Volz, Renee Brunt; grandchildren Becky, Eric, Amber, Ashley, Zach, Nathan, Kadeem, Alyssa, Joey, Karmyn, Jordyn, Kelsey, Krystalena, Kora, Aurora, Ariel, Samara, Brianna, Ayden and Carsyn; 14 great grandchildren; and many more family and friends.
