Dale was preceded in death by his wife Diana Buscher; parents William Buscher and Valdene Loftis; step father Gene Loftis, step mother Linda Margritz, and step brother Jay Loftis.
He is survived by his siblings Michael (Julie) Loftis, Heidi (Randy) Sell, Christine (Charles) Bilyeu, Michelle (Mike) Winegar, and Shane (Kim) Buscher; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
