She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Bernard Guilfoyle; daughters Karen Guilfoyle and Lisa Shaw, both of Omaha; brother Robert Lay of Portland, OR; sister Judy Smith of Baxter, IA; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Glen and Nellie Lay, sisters Margaret McMillin and Dorothy Irwin.
