AJ was preceded in death by his grandfathers Leonard Slizoski and Gary Novak; great grandparents Robert and Anna Kempnich; great grandparents Leo and Vi Sova and Charles and Ann Slizoski; and his best fur friend Betsy.
He is survived by his parents Andy and Heather Slizoski; sisters Samantha and Anna Slizoski; grandmothers Margaret Novak and Lucille Slizoski; aunt and uncles Lonney Novak, Charlie (Debbie) Slizoski, Connie (Eddie) Kresl, Jody (Brian) Dietz, and Jessica (Travis) Witkovski, god mother Laci (Rob) Kresha, and many more cousins, great uncles and aunts, family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the Family.
